Terms and Conditions for Application to Professionals Lobby

Welcome to Professionals Lobby. By submitting your application to join our network—whether as a full-time professional, freelancer, independent consultant, consulting firm, or solution provider—you ("Applicant", "You", "Your") agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Terms (Applicable to All Applicants)
1.1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an application to Professionals Lobby, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any supplemental policies or guidelines made available to you.
1.2. Eligibility
Applicants must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable laws. Organizations must be duly registered and represented by an authorized individual.
1.3. Accuracy of Information
You represent and warrant that all information submitted in the application is true, accurate, current, and complete. Professionals Lobby reserves the right to reject or terminate any engagement if false or misleading information is discovered.
1.4. Grant of Rights
By applying, you grant Professionals Lobby a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, publish, and distribute your name, photo, logo, biography, service descriptions, and other submitted content on its platforms for marketing and service purposes.
1.5. Privacy and Data Usage
All information provided may be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sensitive data will be handled responsibly, but Professionals Lobby will not be liable for unauthorized access due to factors beyond its control.
1.6. Disclaimer of Liability
Professionals Lobby shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, legal claims, or disputes arising out of:
- The content provided by the applicant.
- Services rendered by or through the applicant.
- Business transactions, service outcomes, or third-party disputes.
1.7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued association constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
2. Specific Terms Based on Applicant Type
2.1. Freelancers & Independent Consultants
2.1.1. Profile Publishing
By applying, you consent to having your profile, name, qualifications, experience, photo, service categories, and other relevant information displayed on Professionals Lobby's public or private listings.
2.1.2. Intellectual Property
You affirm that all submitted content, including documents and photos, are owned by you or licensed for such use. You indemnify Professionals Lobby from any copyright or trademark disputes.
2.1.3. Engagement and Payment
Engagement terms between the consultant/freelancer and clients referred by Professionals Lobby are managed separately. Professionals Lobby may facilitate introductions but bears no responsibility for:
- The outcome of such engagements.
- Payments or collections.
- Contractual disputes between parties.
2.1.4. Right to Delist
Professionals Lobby reserves the right to edit or remove any listing or profile at its sole discretion without notice or liability.
2.2. Full-Time Position Applicants
2.2.1. Job Matching
Professionals Lobby may refer your application to its clients for relevant full-time positions. You agree to allow your resume and profile to be shared with potential employers.
2.2.2. No Employment Guarantee
Submission of an application does not guarantee placement, interview, or hiring.
2.2.3. Confidentiality
You must not disclose any proprietary information shared with you during the hiring process unless required by law or permitted in writing.
2.3. Consulting Firms
2.3.1. Firm Information & Team Profiles
Firms may be asked to provide team details, company background, service portfolio, and case studies. You grant Professionals Lobby the right to publish such content for marketing and engagement purposes.
2.3.2. Third-Party Claims
You are solely responsible for all claims related to your services. Professionals Lobby is not liable for inaccuracies or legal claims related to your projects or representations.
2.3.3. Client Interactions
Professionals Lobby may list your firm or refer potential clients. Any contractual relationship is directly between your firm and the client.
2.4. Solution Providers (ERP, AI, SaaS, etc.)
2.4.1. Content Usage
You authorize Professionals Lobby to use your:
- Logo, product screenshots, descriptions, pricing, demo links, and other submitted media
on its website, directories, and marketing channels.
2.4.2. Trademark Rights
You represent that you have the legal authority to grant use of trademarks and marketing content, and indemnify Professionals Lobby against infringement claims.
2.4.3. Pricing and Listing
Submitted pricing or product details may be displayed. Professionals Lobby is not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information and may modify content as required for clarity.
2.4.4. Independence of Operations
Professionals Lobby is not a reseller unless explicitly agreed in writing. All commercial dealings, licensing, subscriptions, and service agreements are directly handled between your organization and the end customer.
3. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability
3.1. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Professionals Lobby, its directors, employees, and partners against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:
- Any breach of these Terms,
- The content you provide,
- Your services or conduct,
- Intellectual property infringement claims.
3.2. Limitation of Liability
Professionals Lobby shall not be liable for:
- Loss of business, profits, data, reputation, or goodwill.
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation or listing on the platform.
4. Termination
Professionals Lobby may suspend or terminate your listing or application at any time without prior notice if:
- Any information is found to be false or misleading.
- There is a breach of these Terms.
- A legal or compliance issue arises.
You may also request delisting in writing, subject to a reasonable processing period.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
